For live events, group sessions, and on-demand training, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Participants are encouraged to carefully review the event details before registering to ensure their availability and commitment to attend.

All materials provided during training sessions, including but not limited to handouts, slides, manuals, exercises, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Cognition Academy and are protected under copyright law. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
